Tunbridge Wells Baptist Church

Our Leadership Team is made up of Pastors, Elders and Deacons and is supported by staff

Pastors: 

Are primarily responsible for the ministries, missions, teaching and spiritual development of the church.

Elders: 

Are primarily responsible, with the pastor, for the spiritual direction and spiritual well-being of the church, prayer and pastoral care.

Deacons:

Are primarily responsible for the administration, finances, premises, and staffing of the church, and for ensuring that it fulfils legal requirements.
