Hope Now was founded by Vic Jackopson (himself once an orphan and a prisoner), to work in the Ukraine in:

H	HEALTH Providing supplies and training local staff, a cleft palate repair programme and mobile medical and dental clinics in remote villages
O	ORPHANS Working with 15 orphanages improving facilities, fostering, summer camps, care and training for the disabled.
P	PRISONS Providing basic facilities and supplies, e.g. boots for prisoners and a prison chapel where 130 have become Christians, only one of whom has reoffended.
E	EDUCATION & EVANGELISM Working with authorities to provide education for children in need. Sponsoring higher education. Financing church plants and establishing a training centre for pastors.
