This church has grown from the work of Action Partners, (formerly Sudan United Mission) whose first missionaries arrived in the centre of Nigeria in 1904 - it now has maybe 2 million adherents but only 1000 ordained pastors.
As well as being a member of TWBC I was and am a member of COCIN and was directly employed by it in my final 3 years of nearly 40 years spent in Nigeria. Because of this, I have a deep concern for COCIN, as many in TWBC have had over the years. It is to you and others of any age group who want to join in the adventure of supporting a growing church in the strategic country of Nigeria that I appeal for continuing support.
